Bradley Commons models

This planned community by Urbandale Construction and Richcraft Homes in Stittsville will eventually comprise 800 contemporary towns, bungalows and two-storey single-family homes.

Urbandale has four townhome models available to view at Bradley Commons (most of Urbandale’s towns are available as interior and end units). Richcraft has model homes and its sales centre for Bradley Commons at its Fernbank Crossing site, which is also in Stittsville. 

Here’s what you’ll see when you visit.

The Apollo 

The 1,765-square-foot Apollo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an open-concept kitchen/main living area. It comes as both an end and interior unit (the model is an interior unit).

The main floor includes a mudroom off the garage and a kitchen with a pantry overlooking the living/dining room, which includes a gas fireplace. Wood floors and deep blue decor accents add to the main floor’s warmth.

Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a generous walk-in closet and ensuite. There’s also a laundry room and a second, three-piece bath.

The finished basement adds 281 square feet to the home and there’s a roughed-in bathroom.

The Atlantis II

The Atlantis II is available as either a three- or four-bedroom townhome, both with a loft. At 2,426 square feet, it is an interior or end unit (the model is an end unit).

The main floor of the model features a classic white kitchen overlooking a dining area and the living room. Windows on two walls and a patio door mean the space is flooded with natural light.

The second storey features either three or four bedrooms with a double-sink vanity and Roman tub in the master ensuite and a dress area in the walk-in closet.

The finished area of the basement is 481 square feet.

The Discovery

The three-bedroom Discovery is 2,098 square feet and is available as an end or interior unit (the model is an end unit).

The kitchen, which overlooks the great room with its gas fireplace and the dining room, has a pantry and a cheerful, boldly patterned tile floor. The eating area is adjacent to the patio doors for lots of natural light, and the main floor includes a mudroom.

The second floor includes a generous laundry room with a counter, as well as a computer nook with its own window.

A finished family room in the basement is 310 square feet.

The Endeavour

The Endeavour is 2,088 square feet with three bedrooms, a loft and 2.5 baths. It’s available as both an interior and end unit, with the model home being an end unit.

On the main floor, the kitchen is lit by natural light from the patio door and overlooks the large eating area. The living room features a soaring ceiling open to the second-floor loft and two-storey windows.

While the model’s second floor has the loft, there’s an optional layout that removes the loft and includes a luxury master ensuite with Roman tub.

The finished family room in the basement is 351 square feet.
