At 2,177 square feet, the Stanley 2 is a three-bedroom townhome with 2.5 baths. The home is Energy Star-qualified.
The main floor has a generous foyer with an adjacent powder room and an open-concept kitchen/dining space/great room. The model showcases the optional floor-to-ceiling fireplace flanked by two large windows in the great room.
Upstairs, all the bedrooms have walk-in closets, and the ensuite has four- and five-piece options. 
The basement offers 412 square feet of finished space. 
Valecraft’s 2,209-square-foot Green townhome has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a garage. 
The main floor has a wide-open feel thanks to the view running from the entrance through a generous foyer, dining and great room all the way to the rear windows. The kitchen includes a pantry, and there’s an optional double-sided fireplace for the dining and great room.
