The James House model home is a two-bedroom unit with 745 square feet. Long and linear, the unit opens to a hallway with an extra-long closet for maximum storage. The foyer also includes the washer and dryer closet, keeping the laundry area away from the main living area.

The entry hallway takes a jog before opening onto kitchen, desk nook and living room. A handy island combines counter workspace with integrated dining in a contemporary kitchen.

One end of the living space houses the second bedroom, while at the other end is the master bedroom, which looks out onto the unit-wide balcony, adding an extra 89 square feet of living space.
