Miller’s Crossing is a development of close to 300 homes by Cardel Homes in Carleton Place. The project has seen townhomes, bungalows and two-storey singles so far, with semi-detached bungalows now in the mix.
Conveniently located just off Hwy. 7 near the burgeoning town’s collection of big box stores, the area offers both a rural flavour and urban conveniences.
There is one model to tour at Miller’s Crossing. Here’s a look at what you’ll see.
The Oxford is a two-storey single with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,552 sq. ft. of living space.
The design features a highly contrasted, neutral colour palette with bold structural elements to create a modern farmhouse look and Cardel’s signature two-storey windows in the great room.
There’s also a butler’s pantry (along with a walk-in pantry), coffered ceiling in the dining room and a spa-like treatment in the master suite, with his and hers walk-in closets and vanities bookending an inviting standalone tub.
