Sundance model homes

Sundance is a development by Claridge Homes that’s bringing condo flats, towns and two-storey singles to the Findlay Creek area.

There are two single-family home models to see. Here are the Sundance model homes.

Sundance Claridge Homes Ottawa new homes Cumberland model

The Cumberland is a two-storey single on a 37-foot lot. It comes with 2,590 square feet, four bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Somewhat open concept, there is definition between the formal (living room/dining room) and the informal (kitchen/family room), making it flexible for various types of entertaining. A nice touch is the contemporary see-through fireplace between the dining room and the family room.

Upstairs, there’s plenty of room for four bedrooms — with the master suite stretching across the back of the home — laundry room and loft space with cathedral ceiling.

The home also comes with a generous finished basement space (765 square feet).

The Kawartha is a move-up family single on a 45-foot lot. It features 2,890 square feet, four bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

The main floor divides formal and informal living, with the dining room and living room at the front and the family room and kitchen stretched along the rear. A roomy mudroom off the garage makes for easy family access in and out.

Upstairs, two of the secondary bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom while the remaining bedroom includes double closets. The master, meanwhile, has a cathedral ceiling and in the ensuite there are his and hers vanities and a separate shower and tub.

A finished basement rec room that’s 680 square feet adds plenty more family space.
