A slew of Albert Street condos proposed by multiple developers has been given approval by Ottawa city council.
The projects include a three-tower complex by Trinity Group near the Bayview O-Train station. Rising to 65, 56 and 27 storeys, the mixed-use project would be the tallest in the city.
Also approved was a five-building proposal by Claridge Homes as part of its LeBreton Flats development. Dubbed East Flats, it includes a 45-storey building and is also mixed-use. Full story…
