A young Nova Scotian decided on a tenth floor home in Minto@Lansdowne’s Vibe tower because he wanted to be close to the action and because the condo fell within his budget. He passed on a lot of fancy upgrades but is tickled pink with what he got for his $350,000 including 677 square feet of living space with enough room for Maritime-style kitchen parties and access to a 24-hour gym.
