Like many of eQ’s bungalow plans, the Dumont has an open-concept plan and vaulted ceilings.
The Sawgrass bungalow single has 1,433 sq. ft. on the main floor and a fireplace surrounded by windows.
Riverwalk is an enclave of 81 bungalow singles and bungalow towns.
The Dumont bungalow single comes with two bedrooms and 1,640 sq. ft. on the main floor.

It’s not often that waterfront living on fully serviced city lots comes up, making eQ Homes’ Riverwalk launch a rare treat. Riverwalk is an enclave of 81 bungalow singles and towns in Manotick, set along the banks of the Rideau River.
