The first condo building released is six storeys and simply called O.
Units include engineered wood floors from responsibly managed forests and formaldehyde-free.
The rooftop terrace of O will offer a panoramic view of downtown Ottawa, including Parliament Hill.
O and its sister building, O2, will have stunning river views.

Zibi launches its über-green, low-rise O condos on the Gatineau shoreline, in the process taking one step closer to opening up public access to the Chaudière Falls, which have been locked away for decades at the former Domtar industrial site.

Pronounced ZEEbee, the Algonquin word for river — the 37-acre project will eventually see some 1,200 condos built in a mix of residential, commercial, retail and cultural space, some of it in restored buildings on the site. Full story…
