Zibi: O2, the sister building to O on the Gatineau side of the Ottawa River development, is a six-storey condo building with 82 units.

Glenview Homes

The Commons: About 300 single-family homes (on 30- and 36-foot lots) as well as townhomes in Orléans.


Jardin Crossing: An enclave of 99 townhomes in Orléans.


Richmond Meadows: About 1,100 townhomes and singles in Richmond.


Avalon Vista: Over 600 singles and executive towns in Orléans and part of Minto’s Avalon development.

Brookline: Over 900 singles and townhomes in Kanata north near Morgan’s Creek.

Shadow Ridge (phase two): Bungalows and two-storey singles in Greely.

Condos at Pathways: Stacked terrace homes and urban condo flats in south-end Ottawa.

Uniform Urban Developments

Kinver Private: An enclave of 27 townhomes in Bel Air Park, largely surrounded by the NCC’s Capital Pathway network, near the Queensway and Woodroffe Avenue.
