Builder Glenview’s Edgewater enclave has officially launched with the release of new pond-view lots overlooking Mud Creek in Orléans South. Although the sales office has been open since before Christmas, Glenview has held off on promoting it until now, using the official launch Feb. 10 to add to the offering of lots already available.
Of the 55 lots in the project, which is wedged between Minto and Richcraft developments in the mature community of Trailsedge, almost half have now been released. Still to come are three single-family home lots and townhome lots facing the park. Full story…
