Celebrity designer Sarah Richardson returns to the Ottawa Fall Home Show in October and you could win a pair of front row tickets to see her!
The popular designer, entrepreneur and TV personality is returning to the home show stage to share her design wisdom with what is sure to be a standing-room-only crowd.
At her last appearance in January, she revealed her seven steps to success for styling your home, determining your own style and what’s trending — think curated collections rather than generic styling, lived-in rooms instead of Pinterest-perfect ones, embracing colour, pattern and texture, choosing antique and vintage furniture, colour drenching and more.
“For me, what’s most important is sharing insights,” she says.
Richardson has spent nearly 30 years creating, hosting and producing more than 350 internationally distributed episodes of design television across nine hit series: Room Service, Design Inc., Sarah’s House, Sarah’s Cottage, Sarah’s Rental Cottage, Sarah 101, Real Potential, Sarah off the Grid, and Sarah’s Mountain Escape. Together, these lifestyle television series explore the demands and design challenges of modern living. Beyond television, she is the force behind a highly sought-after interior design firm, as well as a full production and publishing division through Sarah Richardson Media.
It is her mission to empower homeowners with the confidence, tools and inspiration they need to tackle projects successfully and to truly love the homes they live in — all of which comes across in her lively stage talks.
She’s speaking at the Fall Home Show at the Cohere Centre (formerly the EY Centre) at 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2, and again at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3.

Winners will be chosen at random and notified on Sept. 22. There are four pairs of tickets to be won: two for the Friday presentation and two for the Saturday talk. Prizes include general admission to the Fall Home Show. Parking is not included.
