Callahan Estates is a planned community of energy-efficient bungalow towns, bungalow singles and two-storey singles by Campanale Homes in Arnprior. The development will eventually see about 360 homes in this well-established Valley town.
There is currently one model to see, a bungalow that re-opens on July 8. Here’s what you’ll see when you visit the Callahan Estates model home.
This three-bedroom bungalow comes with 1,822 square feet and two bathrooms, with the option for a third bathroom and a fourth bedroom downstairs.
One side of the home is an open-concept kitchen, dining room and living room, with the kitchen in the middle splitting the dining room at the front (where it’s easily accessed from the foyer) and the living room at the rear. The other side is the bedroom wing, along with the double-car garage and combined mud room/laundry.
As a bungalow, there’s room downstairs for a spacious family room besides the optional extra bedroom and bathroom.
