Builder Caivan Communities has launched its second project this spring, opening Orléans Village in mid-June to buyers who snapped up almost all of the lots in the initial release.
Of the 41 single-family home lots available, all but two were sold the first weekend. Another batch of lots is expected soon.
The project, off Innes Road near Pagé Road, will include townhomes, with about 500 homes to eventually be built. Full story…
