Apr 10-12 — Meet exhibitors showing docks, builders, contractors, innovative building products, green solutions, decor and style, arts and crafts, food and entertaining, water toys, and more. Details.
Originals Spring Craft Show
Apr. 16-19 — Visit over 155 of Canada’s best artists, artisans and designers with innovative displays and contemporary designs at this handmade marketplace at the EY Centre. Details.
Repair Café
Apr. 18 — Keep your household items out of the landfill by visiting a Repair Café. These events are free and will feature volunteer fixers and menders from the Ottawa Tool Library who will help repair items like electronics, textiles, small appliances, jewelry and more. Runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jim Durrell Recreation Centre. Details.
Inspirations Art Show and Sale
Apr. 24-26 — Check out the juried works of 44 area artists at this annual show. Pieces include landscapes, abstracts, florals and wildlife in oil, watercolour, acrylic, pastel, batik, mixed media and photography. Free entry and live music. Details.
