Summary
Cassette is a development in Orléans by Caivan. The project will eventually compromise 280 homes, including both traditional and back-to-back townhomes and about 157 units in a five-storey, mixed-use building.
At present, only traditional townhomes have been released. The 20-foot collection features five different plans with two to four bedrooms, a finished basement, nine-foot ceilings on the main floor and a balcony off the master bedroom. The 25-foot collection is available in six different plans, including three to four bedrooms, quartz countertops, hardwood on the main floor, a finished basement and a single-car garage.
The project is close to parks, natural features, shopping, dining and other amenities.

What’s in the community
Cassette is in the southerly section of Orléans, a booming community of 110,000 people in Ottawa’s east end. A large mall, Place d’Orléans, anchors the community’s mix of small and large retailers. The Shenkman Arts Centre offers pottery, theatre and other classes along with regular concerts and other events. There’s swimming at nearby Petrie Island on the Ottawa River, and sports facilities are plentiful.
