A multi-phase, planned community by eQ Homes of bungalows, bungalow townhomes, two-storey homes and low-rise condos. Clarence Crossing is situated on the banks of the Ottawa River in Clarence-Rockland, just east of Ottawa. When it’s fully built out, the community will consist of about 2,000 homes.
Just a couple of homes are still available in the current phase of Clarence Crossing. The next phase, The Villages, is taking registrations.

What’s in the community
Clarence Crossing is at the northern edge of Clarence-Rockland, a largely rural community of over 24,000 bordering the Ottawa River just outside Ottawa’s eastern boundary. Many residents commute to Ottawa for work, but there is also a large agricultural sector and multiple natural and other attractions.
