PostHouse By Azure is a retro-designed boutique rental building that pays homage to its original tenants, who included the area’s postmaster. The warehouse design emulates the vintage style of the site’s predecessor and takes cues from similar buildings in upstate New York and Maine.
The six-storey building houses 60 units that are a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with building amenities that include Elise on the ground floor (a Manhattan-inspired restaurant with traditional French fare), a rooftop terrace, pet wash, keyless entry, bike repair station, car wash, EV charging and state-of-the art security and gym. Individual units feature quartz counters, hardwood floors, 10-foot ceilings, in-suite laundry, stainless-steel appliances, high-end windows and cabinetry and more.
The building is steps to all the shops of Richmond Road, a short walk to Westboro Beach and the Kichi Zibi Mikan Parkway and has easy access to the Queensway, Tunney’s Pasture and more.
