Q: Can you give us a summary of this project?

A: Gemini Tower is a 267-unit, purpose-built rental tower located at 2140 Baseline Rd. in Ottawa’s Centrepointe neighbourhood. The project offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites designed for modern renters.

We chose this spot because it sits at the intersection of several important locations, including Algonquin College, the future Baseline LRT station and College Square. It’s a highly walkable and transit-connected area where quality rental housing is in strong demand.

Our goal was to create a thoughtfully designed rental building that delivers condominium-level finishes and strong amenities, while adding meaningful new housing supply to Ottawa.

Q: What makes this project special?

A: Gemini Tower was designed to elevate the purpose-built rental experience. We approached the building with the mindset that renters should have access to the same quality of design and amenities typically found in condominiums.

The project combines well-designed suites, curated shared spaces and a prime location, creating a building that feels modern, comfortable and community-focused.

The area offers the rare combination of transit access, retail convenience and established residential surroundings, which makes it ideal for long-term rental housing.

A: Gemini Tower appeals to a range of renters, including young professionals, students and faculty at Algonquin College, couples and downsizers looking for a professionally managed building with modern amenities.
