Summary
The Villages at Clarence Crossing is a planned resort-style community by eQ Homes along the Ottawa River in Clarence Rockland. Set on 320 acres next to Clarence Creek, it will see about 2,400 homes built, a mix of two-storey townhomes, bungalow singles, two-storey singles and eQ’s multi-generational home designs. Some mid-density housing is expected to be introduced later on.
The development comprises nine distinct yet connected neighbourhoods around a central hub that includes a multi-purpose clubhouse with exercise rooms, a gym and activities rooms, an outdoor pool with lounge areas, sports courts, park space and more. About 10 kilomatres of trails and multi-use pathways will connect the central hub to the neighbourhoods and various parks.

Clarence Crossing is at the northern edge of Clarence-Rockland, a largely rural community of over 24,000 bordering the Ottawa River just outside Ottawa’s eastern boundary.
