Summary
Mill Run is a community of townhomes, single and townhome bungalows, and two-storey single-family homes in picturesque Almonte which was started by Neilcorp Homes and is now being built out by eQ Homes. eQ will build a total of 110 homes in two phases.
eQ’s diverse housing types, including multi-generational homes, will be complemented by the company’s Signature finishes such as quartz countertops throughout, engineered hardwood flooring, gourmet kitchens, high ceilings, oversized windows, spa inspired bathrooms and more.

What’s in the community
Almonte, which is part of the larger town of Mississippi Mills, is a historic town west of Ottawa. It straddles the Mississippi River and features a mix of old stone and brick structures, a charming main street and new-home developments. The town is well served by independent eateries, art galleries, museums, and other services and amenities, including schools and the Almonte General Hospital. Almonte is also close to green space, bike trails and a golf course.
