This award-winning and extensive renovation gradually expanded from a simple remodel to a major renovation and addition — increasing the liveable area by over 2,700 sq. ft., including a gorgeous 22-foot diameter timber three-season room.
This renovation included a rear addition to include a family room, powder and mud room while staying true to the classic Tudor style of the home. The indoor outdoor fireplace is such a unique feature and can be enjoyed throughout the seasons both inside and out.
This technically complicated and extensive renovation and addition for creative-minded homeowners is a beautiful blend of old meets new to perfectly satisfy the needs and wants of the client.
