About RND Construction
For over 36 years, we at RND Construction have built and renovated homes with care and expertise, as evidenced by our extensive list of awards won (86 and counting!). Noted for our sense of style and our leadership in green building technology, we are a LEED, R-2000, NetZero, and EnergyStar licensed builder, always staying at the forefront of environmentally friendly innovation.
Our staff is exceptionally well trained, with a vast and diverse knowledge base and considerable experience in their fields. At our Design and Innovation Center in Ottawa, we take immense pride in showcasing our talents and expertise. t’s also where we host the “integrated design process,” a meeting through which the architect, engineer, client, and general contractor (yours truly) sit down to collaborate and ensure we build the most efficient and green building possible.
Building or renovating with RND Construction means you have our support from day one. During the construction process, we maintain open communication with our clients and work diligently to uphold our rigorous safety standards — which our immaculate safety record with the Ministry of Labour and WSIB can attest to. After completion, all of our work is warrantied, even renovations, and our support continues long after warranties expire. Clients can count on us for guidance and assistance with their homes for years to come.
