Caivan’s model also has a large finished basement.
The Series II, Plan 2 model is a two-storey single-family home with 2,946 square feet.
The large kitchen features a Scandinavian-influenced contemporary look, including flat-panelled, floor-to-ceiling cabinets. There’s an integrated breakfast table at the island, and the white cabinetry is balanced by warm wood. The open-concept kitchen overlooks a large breakfast area and the great room, which is adjacent to the dining area.
Upstairs, there’s a separate family room and the master bedroom has two walk-in closets. 
The model home’s basement is finished. 
The four-bedroom Hudson is a two-storey single with 2,755 square feet.
The Hudson’s main floor includes a separate dining room at the front of the home, a butler’s pantry in the open-concept kitchen and an open-to-above design in the great room and kitchen. Uniquely, the master bedroom is also on the ground floor.
Upstairs are three more bedrooms, two of which have walk-in closets, and a loft overlooking the main living area.
