Lilythorne model homes

Lilythorne is a development by Claridge Homes that will see about 600 homes built in the Findlay Creek area near Bank Street and Leitrim Road.

There are currently two single-family home to see. Here’s a look at the Lilythorne model homes.

Aubrey

The Aubrey is a two-storey single on a 37-foot lot with 2,125 square feet. It comes with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Decorated in a coastal theme, it boasts trendy shiplap, shades of blue and a relaxed look. The main floor includes a roomy mudroom/laundry room combo, formal dining room and open-concept living room and kitchen for comfortable family living.

It also includes 575 square feet of finished basement space.

Lockport II

The Lockport is one of Claridge’s largest two-storey singles at 3,500 square feet. It comes with five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sits on a 45-foot lot.

The Craftsman-style home boasts an open-to-above dining room that marks the centre of the main floor. There are separate living and family rooms, a main-floor office at the front and library at the rear, combined mudroom and laundry room and large kitchen with breakfast nook.

Upstairs, the bedrooms ring the open space around the dining room. Four have their own walk-in closets, two share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and the five-piece master ensuite includes his-and-hers vanities and separate shower and tub.

The basement has a finished area of 730 square feet.

The decor is traditional, done in neutrals, with panelled walls, a two-toned kitchen and clean lines.
