Caivan’s Orléans Village has temporarily sold out in Orléans. The two model homes by Caivan also serve the nearby Rhythm development.

The Plan 1 model home from Caivan’s 50-foot collection is a four- or five-bedroom single-family home with 3,119 square feet. It offers up to 4.5 baths.
The main floor has a large, open-concept kitchen overlooking the dining area and expansive great room. The mudroom has a walk-in closet, and there’s a den off the foyer. 
The second storey includes a loft that can be transformed into a fifth bedroom, and the basement in the model is finished. 
This two-storey single-family home has four to five bedrooms and is 3,119 square feet. 
Traditional blue and ceiling-high cabinetry are part of the warm kitchen, which is open to the dining room and great room beyond. There’s an optional fireplace in the great room. Elsewhere on the main floor are a den and a mudroom with a handy walk-in closet.
The second storey features four bedrooms, the laundry room and a loft, which can be converted to an optional fifth bedroom.
The basement in the model home is finished, adding almost 700 square feet.
