Valecraft Homes and SACA Homes have built the Place St. Thomas model homes at their Place St. Thomas subdivision in Embrun, just southeast of Ottawa’s city boundary.
Here’s you’ll see when you visit the Place St. Thomas model homes.
The Murry, Valecraft Homes
The two-bedroom Murry is a 1,517-square-foot bungalow available in three different elevations. It features two bathrooms and a two-car garage.
On the main floor, the kitchen is open to a dinette and the great room with a fireplace. There’s a pantry in the kitchen, and a patio door with a transom window floods the kitchen and dinette with abundant natural light.
There’s also a separate dining room, a den and a laundry room on the main floor.
In the basement, there’s an optional recreation room as well as a roughed-in bathroom.
Canary 2, SACA Homes
The Canary 2 model is a modern-themed bungalow on a corner lot.
The main floor has an open-concept kitchen as well as a dining and living room that share a cathedral ceiling and fireplace. The master bedroom includes a four-piece ensuite, and there is a street-facing office on the main floor.
The second storey of this modified bungalow offers two bedrooms along with a full bathroom.
