The three-bedroom Bradley is a single-family home with a two-car garage and 2,183 square feet.

The main floor has a den, a dining room and an open-concept kitchen and great room, the latter with a fireplace and a soaring 17-foot ceiling open to above. The model’s grey-and-white kitchen includes a dark, two-level island, modified Shaker cabinet doors, gleaming stainless steel appliances and a stylish metal range hood.

Upstairs, options include a fourth bedroom, a five-piece ensuite and a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The Bassett, Valecraft Homes

Place St. Thomas model homes

The Bassett is a four-bedroom townhome with 2,388 square feet.

The open-concept main floor features a kitchen with a breakfast bar, pantry and adjoining dinette that leads to the backyard deck, a great room with a gas fireplace and open to above, and a large dining room.

Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a partial cathedral ceiling. Along with two other bedrooms and a main bath, there’s a laundry room and a loft or optional fourth bedroom.

The basement includes a finished family room.

Canary 2, SACA Homes


The Canary 2 model is a modern-themed bungalow on a corner lot.

The main floor has an open-concept kitchen as well as a dining and living room that share a cathedral ceiling and fireplace. The master bedroom includes a four-piece ensuite, and there is a street-facing office on the main floor.

The second storey of this modified bungalow offers two bedrooms along with a full bathroom.
