A two-storey single on a 38-foot lot, the Payton comes with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3,130 square feet. The layout offers a formal living room and dining room up front and the kitchen and family room at the rear. A bonus is a roomy mudroom with a separate walk-in closet.
Upstairs, one of the secondary bedrooms has its own ensuite while the other two share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Also a two-storey single, the Oxford sits on a 45-foot lot and comes with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3,550 square feet. On the main floor, there’s an open-concept living room and dining room up front, connected to the kitchen by a butler’s pantry. There’s also a family room and a den.
Upstairs, the four bedrooms are in each of the corners, with bathrooms, laundry rooms and closets in between to offer some separation. One of the secondary bedrooms has its own ensuite and a walk-in closet as a potential second master.
