Summary
Idylea is a master-planned development in Stittsville by Tartan Homes and Tamarack Homes. Located along Fernbank Road and Cope Drive just north of EdenWylde and south of the Cardelrec Recreation Complex, it will see about 600 homes when finished, along with parks, a storm water pond and near a future school. It’s also close to the amenities of both Stittsville and Kanata.
