Summary
Idylea is a master-planned development in Stittsville by Tartan Homes and Tamarack Homes. Located along Fernbank Road just north of EdenWylde and south of the Cardelrec Recreation Complex, it will see about 670 homes when finished, along with parks, a storm water pond and a future school. It’s also close to the amenities of both Stittsville and Kanata. Tartan is offering semi-detached and detached two-storey homes, while Tamarack will be selling singles and towns. Tamarack has not yet launched.

What’s in the community
Stittsville offers an escape from the city’s bustle without sacrificing conveniences. Plenty of shopping, from boutiques to big box (including Tanger Outlets in nearby Kanata), English and French schools, golf and the Canadian Tire Centre number among the area’s amenities. The Cardelrec Recreation Complex is next door and nearby is the The Great Trail (formerly the Trans Canada Trail), an unparalleled recreational trail said to be the longest in the world.
