Being built between Miller’s Crossing and Highway 7, it’s close to established housing, shopping and services with easy access to the highway. Homes, which are designed by multi-award-winning firm Hobin Architecture, are a mix of townhomes, semi-detached and singles, both bungalow and two-storey. The development includes provisions for a school, parks and multi-residential housing to come in a future phase.

Carleton Place, a town of 14,000 on the Mississippi River, is fully serviced with a variety of amenities. Two private bus lines provide commuter services to Ottawa and the town is also served by the four-lane Highway 7 into Ottawa.
