Summary
Panorama is a development of townhomes, bungalows and single-family homes, including multigenerational homes, in Embrun, just south of Ottawa. It is eQ Homes’ second development in the town, which has been experiencing growth over the past few years, and will eventually comprise 120 homes. Saca Homes is expected to launch in September.

What’s in the community
Part of Russell Township, which was established in 1792, the village of Embrun, just beyond Ottawa’s southern boundary, is now a thriving rural community with a mix of new and older homes. Many residents commute to Ottawa for work. In 2018, MoneySense magazine named Russell Township as one of the best communities in Canada to live and raise a family. Embrun Station is within easy walking distance of the town’s centre and adjacent to the 10-kilometre recreational trail.
