One World Bazaar

Until Nov. 23 — From free cultural programming to an endless range of international artisanal goods, the bazaar is open for 10 weekends. Using fair trade practices, the event at the Bakker family barn near Manotick provides artisans with a living wage while forging connections between customers from Ottawa and area with a unique international marketplace. Details.

Trees of Hope for CHEO

Until Jan. 6 — Kick-start the holiday season with this magical fundraiser event. Experience in person or take a virtual tour of the beautifully decorated Christmas trees in the Fairmont Château Laurier halls, then vote for your favourite. Proceeds towards the Trees of Hope event support the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Details.

RenoTour Parade of Homes (virtual)

Until fall 2026 — If you’re researching renovators for your own project, check out these 3D walk-throughs of Ottawa-area renovations, coach homes, additions and infill homes. They’re an opportunity to virtually see the work of several of Ottawa’s top renovators and in many cases include before and after comparisons and other details. Find out more.

St. Pat’s craft fair

Nov. 22 — St. Pat’s Artisan & Craft Show features more than 125 local artisans and includes decor items such as paintings, artisan clocks, candles and more. Details.

Christmas market #1

Nov. 27-30 — Do your holiday shopping at this Museum of History festive market with over 100 exhibitors offering treats and unique handmade creations, such as Christmas decorations, woodcraft, glass items, artisanal spirits, handcrafted jewelry and more. Free admission. Details.

$200 and under art sale

Nov. 28-29 — The West Carleton Arts Society exhibition and sale showcases the creative talents of over 20 artists and artisans from the Ottawa region, including fine art, woodworking, photography and textile work. Details.

Christmas market #2

Nov. 28-29 — Celebrate the season at the final Carp market for this year. Shop 70+ local vendors, enjoy international food, live music and a visit from Santa. Bring a donation for the West Carleton Food Access Centre. Free admission and parking. Details.

Nov. 29-30 — 613Christmas is one of Ottawa’s largest holiday markets. Shop from 200 local vendors, including artisans and 613flea’s favourite vintage and antique vendors. Free admission. Details.

Snow Day Shop

Nov. 30 — Find unique art, crafts and merchandise from BEING Studio, a non-profit organization that represents over 70 artists with disabilities offering studio space, exhibition opportunities and the ability to sell their work. Free admission. Details.

Christmas market #4

Dec. 6 — Get into the holiday spirit at the Cumberland Farmers Market Christmas Market, where local artisans and producers come together for a festive day of shopping and cheer. Browse handmade gifts, baked goods and seasonal treats while supporting local vendors. Details.

Originals craft sale

Dec. 10-14 — The Originals Christmas Craft Sale returns with more than 200 of Canada’s best artists, artisans and designers, who are showcasing handmade home décor, textiles, art and more. Details.

Dec. 13 — Celebrate pets and the holiday season at the 3rd Annual Pet Day & Holiday Market. Browse over 40 pet-themed vendors and 150+ local artisans offering handmade goods, festive decor, treats and more, all in a lively greenhouse setting. Details.

Adàwàning: Indigenous Women’s Art Market

Dec. 13-14 — Experience and support the work of talented Indigenous women artists and artisans at this art market, which showcases the diverse creations of Métis, Inuit and First Nations makers. Explore a variety of products, including paintings, sculptures and more. Details.
