eQ Homes
Tapestry by the Rideau is a new community by eQ Homes in growing Riverside South. The development will be an enclave of bungalows adjacent to the Rideau River. Launch: September 21.

Union West: A development of about 100 singles and towns in Stittsville.

Greenhaus Condos: An eight-storey building on Bank Street in Alta Vista with 101 units.
Minto Communities
Riversbend at Harmony: A spin-off from Harmony in Barrhaven, with 532 Executive and Avenue townhomes. Expected to launch in mid- to later 2024.
Weavers Way: A new community in Almonte of some 200 homes with attainable prices, including Avenue townhomes, Executive townhomes with up to six bedrooms, and three collections of single-family homes. Launching in 2024.

Shadow Ridge (phase two): Bungalows, two-storey singles and semi-detached homes in Greely.
Uniform Urban Developments
McNeely Landing: A mix of about 430 singles, towns and flats on roughly 60 acres in Carleton Place.
Urbandale Construction
Leitrim Flats: Energy Star-certified stacked condos at Cowan’s Grove in south-end Findlay Creek/Leitrim. The first of two phases launches this summer and features 51 move-in ready, open-concept, two-bedroom & two-bathroom units available in three floorplans.
