Summary
Centrepointe Union is a two-tower, upscale rental project by Richcraft Rentals close to College Square, Algonquin College and Centrepointe Theatre in Nepean. With a 22- and a 23-foot tower connected by a podium, the development is close to transit, bike trails, retail and community amenities. Although Richcraft has been involved in the purpose-built rental market for many years, the buildings have typically been low-rise, including stacked townhomes, and this project is part of the builder’s expansion into purpose-built rental towers.
Centrepointe Union will feature a total of 426 units. Planned amenities include a fitness centre, yoga studio, outdoor pool, lounges, barbecue and bar, a chef’s kitchen with dining space, a games room, a study area, and a Tik Tok room.
