Summary
Currently under construction, Richcraft Collective Parkdale is an upscale 31-storey rental tower in popular Hintonburg with fast access to the LRT and Tunney’s Pasture and the shops and restaurants along Wellington Street. Although Richcraft has been involved in the purpose-built rental market for many years, the buildings have typically been low-rise, including stacked townhomes, and this project is part of the builder’s expansion into purpose-built rental towers.
Richcraft Collective Parkdale will feature 279 units, more than 3,800 square feet of outdoor amenity space including a pool, and almost 5,500 square feet of indoor amenities. There is also proposed retail space.
