Morris Village is a longstanding planned development of about 2,000 homes in Rockland. Several builders have been involved, including Cardel Homes and Longwood Building Corporation, who each have a model that can be toured.
Here’s what you’ll see when your tour the Morris Village model homes.
The Byron is a two-storey single with 3,198 sq. ft., three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It’s decorated in a style labelled vintage vibe meets modern comfort, featuring an “an open-concept design with vaulted ceilings, large windows and a neutral palette, while mixed fabrics, textures and metal accents add a touch of farmhouse flair.”
Some things of note include an extended garage, a large second-floor bonus room that can be turned into a fourth bedroom, main-floor office, gourmet kitchen with large walk-in pantry and nine-foot island, and 12-foot ceiling in the great room.
The Opal is a two-storey single with four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and just over 2,500 square feet. It features a bright and roomy foyer, main-floor office with double glass doors, mud room and an open-concept kitchen, living room and dining room.
