The model’s floor-to-ceiling fireplace is bookended by two large windows, adding to the daylight that already floods the open-concept kitchen, dining room and great room. There’s also a handy door leading directly from the kitchen into the mudroom and another door to the garage, making it easy to bring in the groceries.

There’s also a den and two bedrooms on the main floor, with the master bedroom overlooking the backyard. The basement in the model home is finished.
