Summary
McNeely Landing is a planned development of about 430 homes on 60 acres by Uniform Urban Developments in Carleton Place. Being built between Miller’s Crossing and Highway 7, it’s close to established housing, shopping and services with easy access to the highway. Homes, which are designed by multi-award-winning firm Hobin Architecture, are a mix of townhomes, semi-detached and singles, both bungalow and two-storey. The development includes provisions for a school, parks and multi-residential housing to come in a future phase.

What’s in the community

Two private bus lines provide commuter services to Ottawa and the town is also served by the four-lane Highway 7 into Ottawa.
