Leitrim Flats by Urbandale Construction is a development of modern-themed condo flats in the popular south-end community of Findlay Creek-Leitrim. The two-bedroom homes are Energy Star-certified and available in three floorplans.

Here’s what you’ll see when you visit the Leitrim Flats model homes.

Brixton

At 1,171 square feet and situated on the ground floor, the Brixton has two bedrooms, two baths and a laundry.

The front entrance leads directly into the kitchen and the great room, which has a dining area next to the patio doors leading to a partially covered terrace.

There’s a den off the hallway leading back to the two bedrooms, both of which have tray ceilings. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a shower in the ensuite, while the second bedroom has direct access to the other bathroom with a soaker tub.

The model’s great room is decorated with a laid-back coastal theme, while the kitchen features wood-grained upper cabinetry and white lower cabinets.

Knightsbridge

The Knightsbridge is on the top level and features two bedrooms, two baths and 1,254-sq. ft.

The open-concept main living includes a kitchen pantry, a dining area with its own transom windows and a balcony off the great room. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and a shower in the ensuite, while the second bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom with a soaker tub. Both bedrooms have tray ceilings.

The model, like the Brixton, features two-tone cabinetry in the kitchen complemented by a gleaming white island and stainless steel appliances. The great room mixes greys, whites and blacks for a clean, modern feels.
