Mahogany model homes

Mahogany model homes are part of a 480-acre planned community of move-up homes by Minto Communities in Manotick, south of Barrhaven. Minto offers two-storey homes, bungalows and bungalow townhomes in Mahogany.

The Butternut

The 1,630-square-foot Butternut bungalow is anchored by the great room’s fireplace, which is visible from the moment you step through the front door.

The model’s floor-to-ceiling fireplace is bookended by two large windows, adding to the daylight that already floods the open-concept kitchen, dining room and great room. There’s also a handy door leading directly from the kitchen into the mudroom and another door to the garage, making it easy to bring in the groceries.

There’s also a den and two bedrooms on the main floor, with the master bedroom overlooking the backyard. The basement in the model home is finished.

The laundry room is upstairs, and the master bedroom has two walk-in closets and a large his-and-hers floating vanity.
