The Donegal is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow with an open-concept kitchen living room and dining room and main-floor den and laundry. At 1,380 sq. ft., it feels spacious while being economical with its square footage.
Decorated with a neutral palette, the fully furnished home shows off how well a home with minimal upgrades can look. There is also a ton of extra space in the basement, although it has not been finished in the model.
For the time being, Patten is also showing one of its finished semi-detached homes right across the street, although the home is not furnished. Called the Rideau floor plan, it comes with a massive kitchen island that incorporates a raised dining area in butcher block and would be the perfect home for entertaining.
