The design is influenced by a mid-century modern style, with rich desert tones, clean lines and an open-concept layout. The main floor also includes a deep sunken foyer ending in a large home office that provides privacy from the rest of the home.

Upstairs, the bedrooms show personality and there is a handy laundry room. The basement is not finished.

The Quentin is the smallest of the three models at 1,920 square feet, yet still offers plenty of living space. It comes with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sits on a 31-foot lot.

The main floor is open concept with classic elements such as wainscoting and wall moulding with the mudroom providing an easy connection between the garage and kitchen.

The three bedrooms are all large, with plenty of room to grow in the nursery, multiple zones in the older child’s room and a welcoming primary suite.

The basement is finished to provide convenient family space, freeing the living room for more formal entertaining.
