The Morewood, Park View
Park View Homes’ Morewood is a three-bedroom bungalow with a two-car garage and 1,800 square feet. The home is Energy Star-certified for high energy efficiency.
The main floor features a street-facing office/den, an open-concept kitchen with a pantry, a living room with a gas fireplace and a generous dining area leading to the backyard covered deck.
The master bedroom, which is at the rear of the home for privacy, includes a walk-in closet and an ensuite with a his-and-hers vanity.
