What:
A 310-acre planned community of mixed residential, commercial and retail space on the site of the former CFB Rockcliffe. The first phase consists of 214 townhomes, rear-lane townhomes, semi-detached and single-family homes. Phase 1B, now released, will see 650 units that includes rear-lane townhomes and stacked towns. There will also be six-storey condos, which have not yet been released. Current builders are Claridge Homes, Mattamy Homes and Uniform Urban Developments.

What's new

Mattamy is issuing its final release of village homes (stacked townhomes) on June 8.
Uniform is sold out of two-storey townhomes but has released new three-storey townhome designs (referred to as urban towns). Only 3 remain.
Claridge is sold out of singles.
OC Transpo now offers weekday commuter service to the Rideau Centre and St. Laurent Shopping Centre.
