Greystone Village model home

The Greystone Village model suites are available for viewing at Greystone Village in Old Ottawa East. This is an eQ Homes development of condos, towns and two-storey singles in a green, 26-acre, master-planned community on the banks of the Rideau River. It will eventually contain over 900 homes.

Here’s what you’ll see when you visit :

Model 206

Model 206 at eQ Homes’ Greystone Village is a 824-square-foot condo with two bedrooms and two baths.

The unit, like other condos at the riverside development, features oversized windows in the main living area for ample daylight and a balcony off the living/dining/kitchen area. The sleek white kitchen blends stylish pendant lighting over the breakfast bar with an efficient, space-conscious layout. The primary bedroom includes a double closet and the suite features six appliances.

Like other eQ homes, condos at Greystone include a smarthome package which can reduce energy costs up to 15 per cent through remote control of lights, heat and cooling.

Model 211

Model 211 at eQ Homes’ Greystone Village has two bedrooms and two baths. The condo is 920 square feet.

The unit has a spacious main living area, including a kitchen with modern, ceiling-high upper cabinets, a large island with a sink, and a door to the balcony. Like other condos at the riverside development, the model features oversized windows in the main living area for ample daylight. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet and the window overlooks the balcony.

Model 211 includes quartz countertops and seven appliances.

Model 212

Model 212 is a 1,204-square-foot condo with two bedrooms plus a den/optional third bedroom and two baths.

The suite includes a generous foyer and a large main living area that leads to the spacious balcony. The kitchen has its own window, a five-seat attached island and ceiling-high upper cabinetry. There are two master bedrooms, both with walk-in closets and one with an ensuite featuring a double-sink vanity.  The suite is bright and welcoming thanks to its large windows.
