Bradley Commons model homes are part of a planned community by Urbandale Construction and Richcraft Homes. Bradley Commons in Stittsville will eventually comprise 800 contemporary towns, bungalows and two-storey single-family homes.
Urbandale has four, Energy Star-certified townhome models available to view at Bradley Commons. Richcraft has no on-site models at present.

Urbandale’s 2,119-sqare-foot Discovery townhome features three bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
The main floor includes a garage-accessible mudroom, a walk-in kitchen pantry and a generous, bright great room with a gas fireplace and a patio door to the backyard.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom as well as a Roman tub and shower in the ensuite. The second floor also features a laundry room with a countertop and a handy computer nook off the hallway.
In the basement, there’s a large finished family room and a roughed-in bathroom.
The Santa Maria model townhome is an end unit with 2,534 square feet, four bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
There’s a sunken entry way on the ground floor and an open-concept main living area with a fireplace and patio doors in the great room, smart two-tone cabinetry and a corner walk-in pantry in the kitchen, and large windows overlooking the 240-square-foot dining area.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a shower and freestanding tub in the ensuite. There’s also a loft with its own window.
The model home’s basement has a finished family room and a finished three-piece bath.
Urbandale’s Calypso is a 1,809-square-foot townhome with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
The mudroom has direct access to both the garage and the powder room, there’s a large kitchen-adjacent dining room, and the living room — furnished in a transitional style — features large windows overlooking the backyard and an open-to above ceiling.
The second storey has a private, rear-facing master bedroom with its own linen cupboard in the three-piece ensuite.
Along with a finished family room, there’s a roughed-in bathroom in the basement.
The 2,443-square-foot Atlantis II is an end-unit townhome with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
