Suite 504 is a two-bedroom, 797-square-foot model suite at Richcraft’s The Charlotte condo development in Sandy Hill. It’s close to Ottawa’s vibrant downtown area as well as to the Rideau River, Strathcona Park and other neighbourhood attractions.
The main living area features a mobile island and two open display shelves in the sleek, modern kitchen and a living room with patio doors providing natural daylight and leading to the balcony. There’s also a patio door in the second bedroom leading to the balcony and a second, smaller balcony off the kitchen. Contemporary design sets the tone in this model.
