Indigo, Cardel Homes
The Indigo is a two-storey townhome from Cardel’s Essential series, which omits certain features, such as a finished basement, for a lower starting price. The Indigo comes standard with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in 1,703 square feet, but has the option of adding a fourth bedroom and third bathroom in the basement. The model shows the standard layout.
Other features include a second-floor laundry, a loft and an open-concept main floor. The home is done in creamy neutrals with lots of texture for a warm welcoming feeling.
