Flagstaff is a development of about 200 singles and towns by Glenview Homes on 50 acres near the Jock River in Barrhaven.
Glenview has two models to see, both two-storey singles designed in conjunction with the talented young design firm West of Main.

The model was originally built for Glenview’s Heirloom development in Barrhaven but is now the sales centre for the builder’s larger Barrhaven project, called Flagstaff.
In the award-winning Blakely, Glenview and West of Main opted for a bit of the bold, pairing black cabinetry and gold accents in the kitchen, for instance.
The home is 3,099 square feet, including the finished basement, with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Glenview’s newest model is the two-storey single the Madison. With a single-car garage and 2,139 square feet, the smaller Madison is a starter single for growing families.
It has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a finished basement space. Although open concept, there are still areas to get away from the family — or work in peace — with a second-floor loft and a main-floor den.
Styled in classic contemporary look, the home is done in earthy tones and lots of texture for a warm and inviting feel.

Touring the Flagstaff model homes
